I have dealt with quite a large number of printers throughout the country and have been relatively disappointed with the some of the big names within the industry. When I came across the ScanArt.com website I was initially taken back because of the cheap prices that were being offered. I thought as a result of the low prices, I would be disappointed with another facet of their service,whether it be bad print quality or slow processing but thankfully I was mistaken.

I have now used ScanArt.com on a number of jobs and have been nothing but impressed with the high print quality, exceptional customer service, speedy printing and not to mention the uncharacteristic low prices.

I have known the owners of ScanArt.com for more than 20 years, having done business with them and their entire family on a variety of printing projects - from letterheads and business cards to brochures and newsletters, from bookmarks and presentation portfolios to posters and product sheets.

They've forgotten more about desktop publishing and printing than I'll ever learn. Whenever there's an advance in printing and publishing technology, they're the first on the block to utilize it. To be completely honest, I hated my last printer. They ware always screwing something up, and it ended up looking unprofessional to my clients—a real no-no in the real estate business. I thought I'd try an online place, so I hit Google and found this company.

I just received my shipment (2 days before I was expecting it) and the color is rich and true, and the overall quality of the piece is beautiful! Wow! At the price I paid, I was worried the quality would not be up to par - but its actually better than the printer I had been using. The registration of the colors is perfect and the images are as sharp as a tack. Without a doubt, I'm going to be ordering from them next job, too.

Finally, a printer who LISTENS! I have been so fed up with telling printers what I want and then having them do the complete opposite. In one ear and out the other! Not with the Printing Pros. They have been consistently listening to what I want and executing without a hitch. Other online printers I tried before treated me like a faceless order number, needing very specific types of files, and then juggling me around to various customer service reps who may or may not have expertise about printing.

Every time I have called the Pros, someone answers who obviously knows the ins & outs of printing and is responsible enough to follow up on my job without passing the buck. I never feel 'anonymous' with them. It is so great to be able to make a request and know that it won't fall on deaf ears. All the jobs I have sent to them have been delivered promptly and with the changes I requested along the way. And they take all my whacky files!! I have been eagerly awaiting my first order with your company for 1000 Half-fold brochures. As an commercial graphic designer, I am very particular about print quality, paper and other aspects of my projects. I always want to "wow" my clients, but historically for me, the printing is the wildcard. I went back and forth about whether to try an online company and felt it was a risk. I placed a relatively small order that was not urgent just in case I had to replace them with my usual printing source if I wasn't pleased with the finished piece. Using your website, I placed the order and approved my proof with ease.
